About us:
Nazli grew up in a home that encouraged active living and healthy eating. Yoga found its place in her life in college, and began to work its wonders! After completing an initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in 2013, Nazli went on to complete over 500 hours of Advanced Teacher Training, and has since spent over a decade teaching yoga, training yoga teachers and sound healing practitioners, and leading retreats around the world. She has completed specific certifications in meditation, sound healing, vinyasa and yin yoga, reiki, pilates, and holistic nutrition. Studying and understanding holistic wellness is a lifelong passion of hers, and her teachings focus on empowerment, education, connection...and some fun ◡̈. Aside from her involvement in the wellness world, you can usually find her hiking up mountains, swimming in oceans, and cooking up plant based foods!
Meghan Hynson, PhD, is a yoga teacher and sound healing therapist who has been leading classes, retreats, and workshops internationally for over 20 years. She has trained in many styles, including vinyasa, yin, and tantric yoga. Also an ethnomusicologist who specializes in the music and ritual of Bali, Meghan’s approach to teaching yoga emphasizes energetic awareness and seeks to guide students to a vibratory state in which they can heal and emerge more refreshed, relaxed, and clear.
