Get closer to nature with an outdoor yoga experience in the Trelissick garden lead by Apricity Yoga.Begin the morning with early access to the garden and head to the Tennis Lawn, a flat and grassy space with views of the Carrick Roads. This is the perfect place to move, breathe and unwind. The session will last for an hour with 45 minutes of gentle yoga movement followed by 15 minutes of meditation and relaxation.
Tickets cost £15 per person, please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing suited to an outdoor practice. If weather is unsuitable an indoor location will be made available.
This event is open to ages 14 and above, booking is essential as spaces are limited.
