Join Louisa and Nicole for an evening of movement and creativity, celebrating summer in the Norfolk countryside.Begin with an hour of mindful yoga as we move, stretch and shake off the day, soaking up the evening sunshine (fingers crossed!)
Afterwards, enjoy a fresh herbal tea whilst you wander between the flower beds, creating yourself a beautiful jam jar posy to take home.
Stuff you need to know;
£21 per person (pre-booking only)
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
Bring layers. The event is outdoors and we are in the UK - you want to be warm! We also recommend bringing a blanket for a cosy relaxation.
Yoga mats are provided but if you’d like to bring your own, or any other props, please do.
Bring a water bottle. There is water available at the venue.
All floristry equipment is provided.
