Christ Lutheran will be partnering with Luther Memorial (1210 Jersey Street) for an outdoor worship service and picnic! We will gather for worship at 10:00am on Sunday, September 28th in the large picnic shelter at South Park. Immediately following worship, we will hold a picnic! All are welcome! Members of each church are invited to bring something to share for the picnic and to volunteer (sign-ups are now available at each church). Worshippers may bring their own lawn chairs if they wish.
Our guest preacher will be Jonathan Fry, who is the pastor at St. Andrews Lutheran Campus Center, which is a Campus Ministry of the LuMin Network and a Registered Student Organization affiliated with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
