Whats your vibe this summer? Zesty salads? Saucy dips? Coffees and cigarettes? Look no further!
Kickstart your bank holiday with an evening of sunset clay (indoor seating available in the case of rain, lest us not forget Manchesters hit and miss weather!).
In the heart of the city centre, a stonethrow away from Manchester Picadilly train station, our sunset clay will be taking place in a unique brewery. Settings celebrating Manchesters industrial history with a funky twist.
The perfect occasion to spend a fun couple of hours with friends, family members or a date. Also, a fabulous solo-date: you will meet and mingle with like-minded creatives as many people book in on their own too. This event is light hearted, sociable, creative and an all-around vibe!
This session is beginner friendly, with everything provided to make your personalised masterpiece including a fun selection of glaze colours to choose from when you finish!
This venue is access friendly with a wide selection of both alcoholic and non to choose from.
How the event will run:
5:50 pm: people will start to arrive and settle in/ order their drinks. Late arrivals may be refused entry or incomplete pieces may be the result of lateness.
6pm: Your ceramics tutor will introduce the session, and take you throgh the process step by step.
6:40pm: Your tutor will introduce the colours you can choose from
7pm: The workshop has now come to an end! You can leave your ceramic pieces behind and enjoy the rest of your night.
Collection: your art can take anywhere from 1-2 months to be ready to collected. It will be glazed and fired in our ClayLife Kiln. Collection will be from: Hope Mill Theatre, Awol Studios, 113 Pollard street, M4 7JA. Collection information will be texted to you when they are ready.
We can deliver your art to you, ask us on the day! Payments for this can be taken on the day.
