Join us on August 8th for an incredible Outdoor Sound Bath Experience!This Outdoor Sound Bath is a deeply immersive experience where participants lie down or sit while soothing sounds and vibrations wash over them. Led by Marlisa using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the session promotes relaxation, meditation, and well-being. The natural surroundings provide a serene backdrop for tuning into the therapeutic frequencies and experiencing deep calming and rejuvenation.
From 5:30-6:30 PM, guests are welcome to come early, have a refreshing beverage, walk the the Labyrinth and mingle. At 6:30, the Outdoor Sound Bath Experience will begin on the green behind the Spa. Please bring your own mat, blanket or lawn chair and wear comfortable clothing to fully enjoy the session. ??
