I’m happy to share that from March/April, I’ll be hosting monthly outdoor Sound Baths at Aston Clinton Park 🌳These sessions will take place every last Sunday of the month 5:30-6:30pm, held in nature, "WEATHER PERMITTING".
The park offers a beautiful, open space to rest the nervous system, ground the body, and let sound do what it does best, restore balance without effort.
Outdoor sound work feels different. The body listens more deeply. The breath slows. Nature becomes part of the medicine.
Dates, and practical details will be shared each month closer to the session, depending on weather conditions. A gentle rhythm. A regular pause. Something steady to return to.

NOTE:
These outdoor sound baths are not pre paid. Payment is made in cash on the day of the event.
As the sessions are weather dependent, I reserve the right to cancel if conditions are not suitable. Any cancellation will be communicated on the day via this page.
