Bring whatever you need to feel comfy, a blanket, yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, etc.
Take this time to fully relax, as much as you can. adjust yourself throughout if needed.
Allow the sounds of the crystal bowls to resonate around you.
You may fall asleep or go into a deep meditation or feel very stimulated- it’s all natural. Each expereince may be different.
No matter what, your body will get the benefits of sound therapy. The vibrations will be experienced and felt no matter what your mind chooses to do that day.
