It’s outdoor yoga season! Unroll your mat in the grass, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and come move with us.
This complimentary 6-week outdoor yoga series is led by Jen Berres of Jenstar and is designed to be a beginner-friendly foundational practice. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and be more present in the moment.

The Green Space at 1212 Marine (behind Jenstar/Zellers)
Parking can be a little limited, so carpooling, biking (we’re right on the Fox River Trail), or walking is encouraged.
WHAT TO BRING
Please dress for the weather and bring your yoga mat, a towel to place under your mat on the grass, and water.

In the case of weather-related cancellations, updates will be posted on all Jenstar social media channels at least 1 hour before class.
