Come along to meet the team and find out what they’ll be offering over the 10-week programme.
This group is all about:
🌱 Improving wellbeing
🔥 Cooking on the open fire
🌲 Spending time in a therapeutic woodland environment
🤝 Connecting with others in recovery
🛠 Learning new outdoor skills
The full programme runs for 10 weeks (Tuesdays, 10am–2pm), with refreshments and lunch provided, and is led by a friendly team with lived experience of recovery and supportive family members.
