Outdoor Pilates Event

Join the Colorado Hiking Girls for an outdoor pilates event, led by certified Pilates instructor, Raleigh!

Enjoy the outdoors together and get some movement in at the same time.

Bring your own mat and water! Specific meeting location to be shared with participants.

Raleigh is an Atlanta native, turned Coloradan, who fell in love with mindful movement through dance, Pilates, and yoga. Her mission is to help others live their highest quality of life by prioritizing their physical and mental health. Raleigh focuses on maintaining precise alignment in exercises, combines traditional and contemporary movements, and encourages everyone to modify or amplify intensity for their body. She has earned over 500 hours of trainings certifying her in classical Mat Pilates, Inferno Hot Pilates, traditional Hot Yoga, and Megaformer Pilates. Through her various trainings, Raleigh’s classes are always unique, exciting, and challenging.
