Led by Beckie, a trained Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, these gentle outdoor mini retreats offer a nourishing pause from life’s pressures. Held within the school day, they give you the perfect window for restorative me-time. without the kids even noticing.
At Wandlebury, you’ll be guided through meditation, mindfulness practices, and elements of forest bathing to help quiet your mind and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and open up to new possibilities in the soothing embrace of nature.
Please dress for the weather and bring a notebook and pen.
