About this Event
At Open Air Learning, our Outdoor Learning Program for ages 7-9 offers a perfect blend of nature exploration and hands-on learning. With weekly themes that tap into subjects like science, art, and environmental awareness, children engage in slightly structured lessons that foster creativity and critical thinking. This unique approach allows kids to connect with the natural world while developing essential skills, including problem-solving, collaboration, and self-confidence.
Whether building habitats, exploring ecosystems, or working on creative projects, participants will thrive in an enriching outdoor environment that nurtures curiosity and growth. This program encourages children to enjoy the outdoors while gaining practical knowledge, all in a fun and supportive setting. Join us for an adventure where play and learning come together to inspire lifelong skills.
Note: The Outdoor Learning Program is different from our Forest School. While Forest School focuses on self-directed play and exploration, the Outdoor Learning Program offers slightly more structured activities with themed lessons that blend outdoor exploration and hands-on learning. Both programs encourage growth, but in different ways, allowing families to choose the approach that best suits their child.
No classes on all statutory holidays.
