Outdoor Garden Yoga in Carlsbad Village – A Peaceful Practice by the Beach
Join us for a rejuvenating outdoor yoga session in the heart of Carlsbad Village, just a block away from the beautiful beach! This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.
The session begins with a short guided meditation to help you ground and center yourself. We’ll then move through various breathwork exercises before warming up the body with gentle poses. Once your body is fully prepared, we’ll transition into a flowing Vinyasa practice, with modifications offered to ensure everyone can find their flow, regardless of ability or experience.
Our class takes place in a spacious and serene backyard, with plenty of room to stretch out. Enjoy the option of practicing in both shaded areas and sunlit spots to suit your preference.
Your Instructor: Elizabeth Alvillar is a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher with decades of experience, dedicated to creating an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space for all bodies and abilities. Whether you’re looking to unwind, build strength, or simply enjoy a peaceful practice, Elizabeth ensures a supportive environment where everyone feels they belong.
After class, explore the charming Carlsbad Village with its delightful cafes, unique locally-owned shops, or take a short walk to the beach to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful coastal vibes.
