The City of Newport News is excited to host the 4th Annual Outdoor Enthusiast Event at Newport News Park on Saturday, April 19th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Newport News Park is located at 13560 Jefferson Avenue.This family-friendly event will inspire your love for the great outdoors with a variety of exhibits and outdoor challenges suitable for all skill levels. Exciting attractions include The Ultimate Ninja Warrior course with a ninja-warped wall, BMX bike shows, a giant fun slide, a rock-climbing wall, a flight simulator, free boating (canoes and paddle boats), a zip line, a World Chase Tag course, skill games and contests with chances to win Spartan Race tickets, thrilling motorcycle stunt shows, real alligators and much more!
Food and beverage vendors will also be on-site selling a delicious variety of mouth-watering meals, sweet treats, and refreshing drinks.
