A chance to watch and learn from Delivita's top chef; Marco Bialetti.
Growing up on the seaside coast of Emilia Romagna, like most Italians, Marco grew up with two focal points, food and family. This was where his passion for hunter gathering, seasonal recipes, and cooking with fire began.
His enthusiasm for the joy of wood-fired cooking and the power of a shared meal is what makes him such a great, authentic ambassador for DeliVita. His pasion is contagious as he travels around the UK and overseas, spreading love for the wood-fired cooking.
The class will be very hands-on, and you'll enjoy some delicious food along the way.

- Loaded bruschetta – bruschetta brushed with olive oil and toasted, topped with ricotta and seasonal oven roasted vegetables
Main Course
- Fillet steak flagged- Fillet steak served on a bed of wild rocket & tomatoes, topped with mozzarella and homemade chimichurri.
- Tribute Burger – homemade beef burger served with pistachio pesto, lime and siracha mayo , red Leicester cheese topped with jalapeno popper wrapped in pancetta.
- Tear & share doughballs.
- Pizza station for guests to get creative during the session with a fantastic selection of fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Charred tangerine glazed with honey, served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate shavings.
