Barre3 is a full body workout that incorporates strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. We encourage everyone to move in a way that feels authentic to them, honoring the daily difference we each experience both physically and mentally.

What to Expect:
- No experience required
- Barre3 is designed for every fitness level, and combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness
- Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your mat and meet new friends
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Light hand weights, 2-6 lbs (recommended, but optional)
- Water bottle
- A friend!
