✨ Join us for 9 weeks of outdoor bootcamp! ✨➡️ Dates: Starting Saturday, February 8th, until Sunday, April 13th.
⚠️ No session will be held on Saturday, March 8th.
⚠️ We're moving to Sundays to allow participants to do parkrun on Saturdays: from Sunday, March 16th.
🕗 Time: From 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
📍 Location: Roy Little Park.
🤸🏻 All fitness levels welcome! We can easily adapt exercises to suit your needs.
🎒 What to bring: A water bottle, a towel, a mat (if you have one) and weights, band or accessories of your choice if you'd like. You’re all set!
😜 Kid-friendly event: Please remember that you'll need to supervise your own children, as there will be no childcare provided on site.
📝 Important: A pre-exercise screening form must be completed, and payment processed before participating. QR codes will be available on-site for your convenience. The ticket on the event page is for a single session only; additional package for 9 sessions is available.
