Looking for something active, social, and genuinely fun?
Join us this April for a relaxed outdoor acro-yoga experience designed for absolute beginners and those who joined our previous session.
If you attended the Valentine’s event — this is not a repeat. We’ll be exploring brand-new poses, fresh progressions, and different partner variations to keep things exciting and evolving.
Come solo, with a partner, or with a friend!
You don’t need to be flexible, super strong, or “good at yoga.” You don’t even need experience. All you need is a willingness to try something new.
Acro-yoga blends simple partner movements, balance, and communication. You’ll move together, support each other, and probably laugh more than you expect. Nothing extreme — everything stays grounded, safe, slow, and accessible, with options to challenge yourself if you want to.
Flying solo? No worries. We thoughtfully pair solo participants on the day so everyone has someone to work with.
