This series of 7 short films detail how we connect with others, including a filmmaker comparing his marriage to his parents; two men in a bar engaging in a forbidden dance; two long-haired trans men falling in love; a fateful encounter in a bathroom; and a young man trying to come out to his mother.1. Institution - In this experimental documentary, filmmaker Jonathan Wysocki interweaves personal and historical audiovisual elements to raise questions about the past, present, and future of American institutions.
2. 8 Minutes 20 Seconds - The sun goes out and there are only 8 minutes and 20 seconds of sunlight left on earth. Max must race against time to reconcile with his ex-boyfriend in order for them to be together in the last moments of sun.
3. Mélange - Two estranged men reconnect in a jazz bar where they embark on a forbidden dance.
4. You can't get what you want but you can get me - A unique slideshow documenting two long-haired trans men falling in love. Over the course of one year, the artist couple gathered photographs from real-life events such as their first kiss, meeting each other's parents, long-distance thirst traps, a beach wedding, and top surgery and its subsequent recovery.
5. Euphoric - Sam brings Olivia home from a first date gone very well. After a few stumbling blocks getting into the rhythm, the two find their way back after confronting something that could make or break this burgeoning queer romance... comfort in your own body.
6. After Hours - Two transwomen chance encounter in the club bathroom, one at the end of her rope, one at the end of her break working at the bar.
7. Flake - Kevin returns home with a birthday surprise for his mother, Lisa, only to discover her lost in the mundane act of cooking. But something is terribly wrong...
