About this Event
You might not be burnt out…but you don’t feel fully settled either.
Your mind keeps going.Your body’s holding tension you don’t always notice until you stop.
And after a while, that just becomes normal.
This day is about stepping out of that for a few hours, properly.
Not by forcing yourself to relax, but by working through your body and breath, and giving your mind a chance to slow down on its own.
What the day will look like
You’ll move, slow down, and give yourself a bit more space than usual.
- We’ll start with qigong: slow movement and breath to get you out of your head and back into your body.
- Then a sound bath: where you can lie down, get comfortable, and completely switch off, letting the sound carry you into a deeper state where your body softens and your mind finally quiets.
- After lunch, we’ll take a short walk in nature: a chance to clear your head and create space before the final part of the day.
- Then we’ll go into focused mindset work (NLP): a light and practical exercise so you leave with more clarity and a different way of looking at things.
👤 Sound Bath & Qigong Practitioner
The qigong and sound bath session will be guided by Sam, a qualified practitioner in sound healing and movement-based practices.
Her sessions focus on slowing things down through movement and sound, giving your body a chance to fully switch off and settle in a way that’s hard to get on your own.
