About this Event

After a season of reduced activity, it’s common to feel stiff, tight, and out of routine. This in-office workshop is designed to help you safely transition into increased activity as we move into spring.

You’ll learn practical, easy-to-implement strategies to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and rebuild strength without overloading your body. We’ll cover key movement patterns, simple daily routines, and how to prevent common injuries as activity levels increase.

This workshop is ideal for current patients, bring a friend or family member and come enjoy our quarterly in office workshop! 🌷
