Queer Women’s Pilates Social | Out & About
Join us for a relaxed, welcoming Pilates session designed exclusively for lesbian and queer women 💕
We’ll be meeting at Space at The Mill on Saturday 21st February, with the class starting at 2:30pm.
This will be a 45-minute mat Pilates class, suitable for all levels — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already confident on the mat. The focus will be on building strength, improving flexibility and leaving you feeling energised (but not broken 😌).
After the class, there’ll be time to chat and connect — because this isn’t just about movement, it’s about community 💜
