About Our Room, Manchester
Our Room is a creative community for male, trans, and non-binary people who sex work.
With nearly 20 years’ experience of supporting our community our vision is that men, trans, and non-binary people who sex work are supported and empowered to live happier, healthier, more creative lives.
We believe in the transformative power of art and the right for everyone to participate in our city’s rich cultural life. We provide a rich and varied programme of creative activities and projects.
We believe all people who sex work deserve dignity, respect and safety.
We provide a friendly, non-judgemental space where people can get advice and support and get involved in our creative programmes.
We speak up and speak out on issues which are important to the people we work with. Our vision is to empower our participants through arts engagement to take control of their own lives.
