Renea was wearing a hilarious inflatable *dick* costume and holding a sign "No Dick Tator" at our last No Kings event in October. Read this from Gulf Coast Media:
A court appearance for Jeana Renea Gamble, who was arrested last year during a “No Kings” protest in Fairhope, has been delayed once again, her lawyer David Gespass told GCM.
As previously reported, Gamble, a 61-year-old Fairhope resident, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2025, during a “No Kings” protest held in town, which was part of a wider protest held nationwide against the policies and conduct of President Donald Trump and his administration. Gamble was seen wearing an inflatable costume shaped like male genitalia while holding a sign that read “No Dick-tator,” eventually being apprehended by police. Body camera footage of the incident was released in November, with officials saying she refused to comply with officers when asked to take off her costume.
Following her arrest, Gamble was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Since then, she has received two additional charges for disturbing the peace and giving officers a false name. During the arrest, when asked to provide her name, Gamble is accused of responding by saying “I’m Aunt Tifa,” a play on words in reference to the left-wing, anti-fascist political movement Antifa.
Originally scheduled to take place in January, her initial court appearance was delayed to March 4 due to a Fairhope attorney being out of town. Gespass told GCM that the trial has once again been delayed, this time to April 1, due to a Christian college fair occurring at the Fairhope Civic Center the same day, which he said could have disrupted court proceedings.
Footage of the incident spread on social media, sparking local debate and gaining national attention, even being mentioned during a segment on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
