Concert on Friday 27th March in the Newstart Theatre at Portland College
Our Dementia Choir shows how music can help to combat the effects of dementia. Formed in 2018, it has taken part in ground-breaking research into dementia patients’ emotional responses to singing.
The charity has demonstrated that music can have numerous benefits for people living with dementia and can give them a better quality of life. It also works to help support their family members and carers too.
The concert will take place on Friday 27th March in the Newstart Theatre at Portland College and will feature Mansfield's Cantamus Girls Choir as well as Our Dementia Choir. A double bill of exceptional talented singers.

We are limited to 160 tickets and demand is sure to be high so please book your tickets asap. There is a licensed bar which will be open before the concert begins and during the interval.
