Nominations & Proposal of officers to be made in writing and should reach the Secretary not less than 7 days before the meeting in order for them to be considered at the AGM. They must bear the name, address and signature of the proposer who must be a FULL member of the club. They may be left in tucks angling up to Fri 31st January for collection.
