Step into Other Worlds Expo, a daytime market and community gathering celebrating the strange, creative, curious, and wonderfully unconventional.
Hosted at Brick Road Coffee in Tempe, this outdoor event brings together artists, makers, authors, performers, and community groups who live a little outside the ordinary. Wander through a curated collection of vendors, discover new creative communities, and explore work inspired by imagination, storytelling, ritual, play, and the beautifully strange.
Throughout the expo you’ll find handmade art, unusual crafts, books, prints, curiosities, interactive booths, and demonstrations from people who are passionate about what they create and the communities they build.
The event is organized around four thematic “worlds” that reflect different creative spaces:
Ritual & the Unseen – tarot, mystical craft, symbolism, and spiritual exploration
Lore, Obsession & the Printed Word – authors, zines, storytelling, and deep fandom
Persona, Performance & Play – cosplay, theater, playful art, and interactive creativity
Dark, Fringe & the Beautifully Strange – outsider art, oddities, alternative aesthetics, and experimental work
