About this Event
The hottest workout in Chicago is hosting a Pop Up Workout before we open our doors! This event is for non members only! Already a member, NO WORRIES! To gain access to this class, just reserve a spot for your LOCAL Friend/Family Member/Co-Worker!
Orangetheory is a 1 hour, full body workout, focused on training endurance, strength and/or power. We use Heart Rate Based Interval Training, which burns more calories post workout than a traditional exercise. When wearing our Heart Rate monitors, your real time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual Heart Rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from over or under training.
We are requiring participants to arrive on time. Yes our class is 1 hour but we need you to arrive 30 min before the class . We will be walking you through what we do, and how we do it! After class we will walk you through the membership options. This is where you can lock in the lowest rate before it disappears!
