On Saturday 11th October, for mainly University and Polyechnic students, plus limited members of the public.10:20am – Meet at St David’s for the walking bus. We will be wearing SVA t shirts, so come and find us! OR
10:40am – Safety briefing at Bracken’s Lookout
Food & AGM
12:00pm – Barbecue lunch provided (veg/vegan + gluten-free options available)
Mr Whippy is coming! You can all have a free ice cream
12:30pm – AGM begins (expected to run 20 minutes max)
What to Bring
Warm layers & raincoat (weather can change quickly)
Water bottle
Sunscreen & hat (if sunny)
Snacks if you’d like extras, we'll have lollies
Gloves, high vis and rubbish bags provided!

Transport/Parking: Limited parking available near Bracken's; carpooling encouraged.
Toilets: Facilities available at St David’s and at Garden's New World
Wet weather plan: If needed, lunch + AGM will be moved inside St David’s. If it's completely yucky, we'll do the AGM online!
