The Our Shared World monthly Learning Lunches invite all our members to showcase and share their work. This month, Dr Morgan Phillips from Global Action Plan will be exploring the idea that "Not all education for the environment needs to be about the environment."

"As the climate and nature crisis deepens and spreads, educators are searching for appropriate responses that 'meet the moment' while helping young people to navigate and shape their futures, together. Creativity and innovation on the part of designers and practitioners of sustainability education has never been more important."

Morgan is Director of Education and Youth Engagement at Global Action Plan, an advisor to Black Mountains College, The Glacier Trust and a governer at New Quay Primary School. His new book, Transformative Adaptation, co-authored with Rupert Read and Manda Scott is available now from Permanent Publications.
