There are a wide variety of reasons a patient may need an ostomy. Whether it’s cancer-related, because of inflammatory bowel disease or traumatic injuries to the abdomen-- or any number of other causes-- we are here to support you in your journey.Our support group will provide information ranging from how to address pouching issues to disease management with a stoma, food selection to product selection and hernia management. While educating you on this broad scope of lifestyle decisions with an ostomy, we are also here to provide a space for you to share your stories and find support among others who are facing similar health challenges.
