About this Event
Better education and understanding of the physical changes associated with menopause can help women better navigate this phase of life. If you're menopausal, post-menopausal (after menopause), or even peri-menopausal (shortly before menopause), it can feel like you're getting to know a new body. This can feel scary or daunting as we try to adapt to these new changes.
Join us on May 16, 2024 at our Rogers location for our Menopause and Osteoporosis Workshop!
The following topics will be covered:
- How to promote strong, healthy bones through diet and exercise
- Current research on menopause norms
- The management of symptoms/signs that can occur during menopause (both normal and not normal)
