Come, celebrate the Spring and the festival of Ostara with me and like minded folks. A morning of celebration to shake off winter and emerge with fresh energy. We will honour the turning of the wheel with gentle yoga, meditation, nourishing drinks and goodies and a nurturing Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
We meet in a small group, therefore places are limited. The cost is £35, with a £5 deposit securing your place.
