Step into the turning of the wheel as we gather for an Ostara-inspired sound bath, a sacred evening of balance, emergence, and soft renewal.Ostara marks the Spring Equinox, the moment where light and dark stand as equals. It is a threshold between what has been and what is beginning. A time to honour growth without pressure, intention without force, and the quiet awakening already happening within us.
This immersive sound journey blends gong, crystal singing bowls, guided meditation and seasonal ritual to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and gentle forward movement.
The evening includes a ceremonial water anointing ritual using blessed, flower-infused water. Participants are invited to anoint themselves while holding a quiet intention, something they are ready to nurture, welcome or grow into during the coming season.
Following the sound bath, herbal tea will be served to support grounding and integration, with optional journaling prompts to help reflect on the experience.
This is not about rushing into spring.
It is about allowing yourself to emerge in your own time.
Held in a calm, supportive space, this session is open to all, no experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
Come as you are.
Leave lighter, clearer, and gently connected to what is unfolding.
Herbal Tea, Yoga Mats & Blankets provided, please bring a pillow or cushion, water and anything you may need to be more comfortable.
