There will be a card pick and warming herbal tea to bring you round after the Ceremony and Sound Bath.
You will come out of this experience renewed and regenerated and ready to step into the freshness of Spring with vitality.
*Bring a pillow, blanket, water and a journal if you so wish to make any notes after the Ceremony and Soundbath.
*Eye Masks and Air Bed Provided for ultimate comfort
*please note that anyone with heart conditions or blood pressure issues will not be allowed to take Cacao - we will provide an alternative so you can still experience the ceremony
*Cacao can affect medication for depression and anxiety so please do let us know and we can offer an alternative or adjust your dose
