Join Tina at Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre for a wonderful arts session. In these sessions we aim to explore subjects such as own histories, countryside, plants and animals, identity, leisure, music, fashion, family and celebrations - whatever takes your fancy!!There are 4 sessions and you can choose to book onto all 4 or which ever one you might like.
The topics are:
Art Workshop 1= Drawing in monochrome –using pens/pencils/ mark making, shading, patterns, abstract drawing, zentangles, doodling.
Art Workshop 2 = Drawing in colour. Using – coloured pencil, pastels, crayon, and water colour pencils.
Art Workshop 3 = Painting with acrylic paint.
Art Workshop 4 = Painting with watercolour.
The Wigan Council Training Grant has helped to make these session possible for carers, for relaxation and respite. For further information or to apply yourself, please contact the Carers Centre!
