Mark your calendars! The OST/South Union Party in the Parks event on Saturday, Sept. 25 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM!Participating attendees that visit Zollie Scales Park, Cyrill Madison Park, and George T. Nelson Park (in that order) will receive a free lunch (while supplies last) at Yellowstone Park. This event is sponsored by the OST/South Union Parks Project Study in coordination with event partners.
Come out for a fun, family-friendly event with activities by local organizations, snacks, and drinks at each park. Activities include renting bicycles from Houston BCycle, voting registration provided by Harris County Elections, reusable water bottles from Texas Southern University, free vaccinations from HARRIS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, and much more.
Plan on driving to this event? Park your car at the satellite parking lot located at 3645 Alice St, Houston, TX 77021. A shuttle will make rounds between the three parks to pick up and drop off event attendees.
