Welcome to Osho Kundalini Meditation in the heart of Copenhagen 🙏This beautiful meditation designed by Osho to help you experience a deep sense of letting go and releasing stress.
This meditation is practiced in the evening, after work, and consists of four stages. The first two stages support the release and dissolution of pent-up energy and blockages in the body.
As these blockages are released, the energy can flow freely, creating a joyful and blissful experience. The last two stages help guide this energy upward, towards a state of inner silence and stillness.
It is a wonderful way to unwind and let go of stress and tension at the end of the day. The meditation has a deeply balancing effect on body and mind. Through the shaking, the body becomes charged with fresh energy.
After the meditation, you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and grounded.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the meditation begins.
