Join us for a transformative journey that gently guides you from self-awareness to deep inner stillness. Our evening begins with either Heart Dance or Awareness Games, thoughtfully designed to help you connect with yourself and those around you in a light, playful, and mindful way.
As the evening unfolds, we move into the powerful practice of Osho Kundalini Meditation—a dynamic method involving intentional shaking and free-form movement to dissolve energetic blockages and emotional tension. This process activates the kundalini energy within, allowing it to flow freely through the body, bringing clarity, relaxation, and renewed joy.
The session concludes with a warm and nourishing organic buffet dinner, where participants come together to share, reflect, and celebrate the sense of community cultivated through the experience.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to support free movement. A maroon robe will be provided for you to wear during the session, enhancing the immersive nature of the evening.
