This May, Obscurus Strength & Fitness is bringing you the Deadly Dozen Duel, a high-octane partner competition designed to test your engine, your teamwork, and your grit.
12 movements. One partner working at a time. Total volume for time. Whether you’re dueling the clock or your favorite OSF leaderboard rival, this is the ultimate test of spring fitness.
Division Standards
We want everyone on the floor! We are offering two divisions to ensure every athlete can push their limits:
• RX: For those who want the full, prescribed experience. Expect standard competition weights and movements
• Scaled: Same intensity, modified movements. Perfect for those still building volume or working on specific skills. Weights will be adjusted to keep the "duel" moving fast.
The Format: Partner "Split as Desired"
You and your partner will tackle the Deadly Dozen together. One person works while the other rests. You can split the reps however you choose—play to your strengths, tag out when you redline, and keep the energy high until the final rep is done.
