Join us for a warm, welcoming open house to honor, celebrate, and remember the lives of those you hold dear.
Evening Itinerary:
4:00 PM — Doors Open & Welcome
• We warmly invite you to bring a special ornament in memory of your loved one to hang on our Remembrance Tree.
• Kick off the evening with delicious drinks at the Coffee & Hot Chocolate Bar provided by VBee’s Coffee Hive.
4:00–6:00 PM — Enjoy, Connect & Remember
• Sip on specialty coffees & hot chocolate while enjoying pastries and finger foods
• Personalize a luminary in honor of your loved one and place it in our peaceful event space
• Take time to connect with a grief counselor in a private, supportive setting
• Meet others who understand your journey in a warm, welcoming environment
6:00 PM — Candlelight Ceremony
• Gather for a moving candlelight ceremony to honor and celebrate the lives of those we love and remember
• Pastor Steven Serrano of The Connect Church will lead the ceremony and offer words of hope for the season
• Candles will be provided
7:00 PM — Farewell
• Each guest will leave with a special ornament gift from us to you to remember your loved one
• Depart with comfort, connection, and a sense of peace
We are grateful for the opportunity to host this annual event and honor the families we serve. It is our privilege to give back to the community that has supported us for the past 67 years and to continue fulfilling our mission to serve with care and compassion.
Come as you are and stay as long as you wish. This gathering is an opportunity to honor cherished memories, meet others walking a similar path, and find a renewed sense of peace and community during the holiday season.
