Get ready for an exciting day with the Scotlens team at the Specialist Roadshow hitting Leighton Buzzard in June.It's an in-person event where you can dive into the world of ortho k night lens and scleral lens fitting. It's a small friendly group so it's easy ask any burning questions you have with confidence and you will leave with 6 CPD points.
In the morning, we will be talking about ortho k night lenses. Whether you're already fitting the lenses and want to know more, new to them or just curious at this stage, this roadshow has it all. We will be covering basic steps to walk through the patient journey and move onto more advanced cases and troubleshooting.
Highlights from previous events have been how to get the best results in the minimum chair time, busting the myths and showing you how to understand the lens specifications.
As if that's not enough, the afternoon will be dedicated to scleral lens fitting. There is growing interest in fitting modern high dk scleral lenses as they have so much to offer for the right patient. They are easier to fit than you think and you dont need to go equipment shopping before getting started either.
