We've teamed up with the National Trust so you can give orienteering a go within the stunning surrounds of Wentworth Castle Gardens. Orienteering is a great way to get out and explore the outdoors. It does not matter how young, old or fit you are as you can choose the course that's right for you and run or walk it at your own pace. The aim is to navigate between control points marked on an orienteering map and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time. No experience of orienteering is necessary as someone will be on hand to explain what to do.
No need to register in advance. Just turn up on the day between 12 noon and 2.30pm. We will be based in the courtyard outside the conservatory(or inside if it's wet!) It's free to take part - just pay the National Trust entrance fee to access the gardens (free entrance to National Trust members).
