Just as nature awakens and stretches toward the sun, our bodies and minds crave movement, alignment, and a sense of spaciousness.In this slow-burn style workshop, we’ll explore movement as a tool for clearing stagnation and cultivating stability. Expect a blend of purposeful, strength-based sequencing, partner work, and chair-supported postures designed to help you create structure without rigidity—both in your body and in your life.
Through intelligent movement and mindful intention, we’ll work to release what no longer serves us and step into the energy of renewal. Join us in this practice of reorganizing your sanctuary—from the inside out.
