Little more than a decade ago, state leaders won national acclaim with ambitious reforms to the Oregon Health Plan. The goal? Make care better for individuals with low income. There’s been progress since then, but major challenges remain. A panel of experts and leaders weigh in on how our state is meeting the reforms’ original vision, and what more needs to be done.
