Welcome to Oregon Oyster Festival Day 1!
Spend the afternoon at Pal’s for the core Oregon Oyster Festival experience: a ticketed tasting faire across our indoor space and covered waterfront deck. You’ll visit eight stations featuring multiple oyster farms shucking and talking through their harvest (including oysters that are just hours out of the water), plus an oyster grilling station and a chef grilled oyster competition. We’ll also be running a mignonette competition with samples around the faire, a mini shucking lesson, and beverage features including a highlighted brewery, Ford’s mini martini samples, and wine samples from Ovum Wines. Kids are welcome, with a dedicated station for decorating oyster shells and coloring.
Each ticket includes a festival passport—collect stamps at stations as you explore.

Note: This is a winter waterfront event—dress warm and rain-ready.
