OREEP will present a free renewable energy workshop for teachers at the OSU Botanical Gardens Classroom. This workshop will give teachers ideas and materials for increasing awareness of alternatives to fossil fuel energy, how to start a pollinator garden, and ideas on additional sustainable practices. These lessons are designed to easily facilitate classroom participation in all grades, with some adaptations for the various levels of instruction. Participants will receive free STEAM lessons plans, supplies including solar and wind energy education kits and supplies for starting a pollinator garden.
