Please join us for the Club's Annual Members Meeting, which will take place before our regularly scheduled Tag Round. This is an official Club Meeting where we will announce the newly elected Board Members, present the State of the Club, and award the Volunteer of the Year.Per the Club's Bylaws; A duly noticed Annual Members Meeting shall be held in the month of December at the beginning of a weekly tag event, as designated by the Board. The purpose of the meeting is to provide the Members with a State of the Club and announce the results of the Election of Directors. Members can submit agenda items to the Board for the Board’s consideration prior to December 1st.
