Concession Opportunities at Denver International Airport- Site Visit
This is your chance to explore exciting concession opportunities (RFPs 202476571, 202476572, 202476575, 202476617, 202476866, 202476867, and 202476616) at Denver International Airport! Join us for an in-person event at the Denver International Airport. Meet us on your scheduled day and time in the lobby of the Airport Office Building on the 6th floor of the Jeppesen Terminal, right next to A-Concourse security screening. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity!
A self-guided tour will be conducted from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on January 06, 2025. This will provide an opportunity to visit the space. If you are not currently a DEN badge holder, you must pre-register by submitting security clearance information as noted below. Visitor badges are required to access locations beyond security and can be picked up at the Airport Office Building starting at 10:00 am on January 06, 2025. Event staff will be available on-site to assist proposers in understanding the airport layout. Please note event staff is not there to answer RFP-related questions, and all questions must be submitted to BidNet for an official response. Answers are only considered official when posted to BidNet. Any answers to questions that are not posted to BidNet are considered unofficial and have no merit.
All proposers interested in attending the self-guided tour, if not already badged at DEN, must preregister by 5:00 pm on December 30, 2024, providing the information detailed below:
• Full legal first and last name
• Date of birth
• Government-issued identification number and state or country of issue including expiration date
• Company or organization
• Telephone number
• Email address
Attendees must present their government-issued picture identification that was used for pre-registration before a visitor’s badge will be issued, no exceptions. Attendees that did not pre-register for the self-guided tour and do not have a DEN badge, will not be allowed on the self-guided tour.
